We want you to love your Gigizara pieces. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

A: Check our Size Guide before purchasing — our pieces run true to size, but if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for more coverage or down for a cheekier fit.

Q: How should I care for my swimwear?

Q: Can I wear it in saltwater or pools?
A: Absolutely! Our fabrics are resistant to chlorine, saltwater, and sun — just be sure to rinse after each use.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and selected international destinations. More locations are being added soon!
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly — but email us at support@gigizara.com within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of swimwear, we accept returns only for unworn items with hygiene liners and tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Store credit or exchange only.
