Returns & Exchanges

At Gigizara Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase. If your item isn't the right fit, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our facility.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All hygienic liners, tags, and original packaging must be attached.
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted merchandise
• Gift cards
  
• Items marked Final Sale

Exchanges & Store Credit

Once your return has been inspected and approved, you may choose:

• An exchange for another size or style (subject to availability), or
• Store credit for the value of the returned merchandise.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gigizara Swimwear is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, all orders are final once submitted, including preorder items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
