At GIGIZARA, we use 100% sustainable fabrics to create every range. Our fabric choices include ECONYL®, Carvico® in Italy, and REPREVE®. These fabrics are eco-friendly and made from recycled materials, such as fishing nets, industrial plastic, and post-consumer plastic bottles. By using sustainable fabrics, we are reducing our carbon footprint and minimizing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and oceans.

A: All of our pieces are proudly designed in West Palm Beach and ethically made in Bali using high-quality, sustainable fabrics that feel luxurious on the skin and last season after season.
Q: What makes your bikinis different?
A: Every design is tested on real women with different body types — including our founder herself — to ensure the perfect fit, comfort, and that signature Caribbean Cut™ confidence.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use premium blends such as ribbed, shimmer, and REPREVE® recycled fabrics for a soft, sculpting feel that resists fading, stretching, and chlorine damage.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Check our Size Guide before purchasing — our pieces run true to size, but if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for more coverage or down for a cheekier fit.
Q: What’s the Caribbean Cut™?
A: Our signature cheeky bottom that flatters every curve. Designed to enhance your shape while staying comfortably in place — bold, not basic.
Care & Maintenance
Q: How should I care for my swimwear?
A: Hand wash with cold water and gentle soap. Lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid washing machines, dryers, or rough surfaces to keep your piece looking brand new.
Q: Can I wear it in saltwater or pools?
A: Absolutely! Our fabrics are resistant to chlorine, saltwater, and sun — just be sure to rinse after each use.
Orders & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and selected international destinations. More locations are being added soon!
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly — but email us at support@gigizara.com within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of swimwear, we accept returns only for unworn items with hygiene liners and tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Store credit or exchange only.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
